The House is immaculate, such a beautiful layout and spacious. Close to many shops, restaurants, and Mercado's. The host was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect. Definitely would come again and highly recommend 😉

It is clean, quiet. Very close to stores, restaurants, a mall. Transportation is easy.

Loved the pool and patio in the backyard. After a hot day of sightseeing and shopping the pool area provided a refreshing and serene space to unwind .

Comfortable and good location! Staff was helpful. There’s a 500 peso deposit but they returned it readily once they checked the room. We had an early flight and there was someone at the desk at 3 am which was a relief. Air conditioning was great. Keep in mind there is no elevator, so that may be a problem for some people if they are placed on the 3rd floor like us. Good value for the money.

I like the receptionist willingness to help. I also enjoyed the clean rooms.

A new property in Merida, YUC lovely old colonial home which is inviting. The rooms are new & modern with excellent amenities the grounds are welcoming with nice furniture around the pool. The location is absolutely perfect! We’ve actually stayed in this spot on 3 different occasions.

You truly cannot beat the price for everything this place offers. The room was spotlessly clean and the space is huge—much bigger than we expected! The location is great and puts you right where you need to be. Most importantly, the hosts were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. A perfect stay!

Extremely comfortable and we'll thought out space. Everything you need to be comfortable, cook, make coffee with lovely hosts who were extremely kind. I would definitely stay again!

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel in an old family house. Spacious rooms and well appointed with a little kitchen area, fridge, etc. The roof terrace was great for star gazing and the little pool was a very welcome place to plunge our feet after a hot walking tour of the town. The host speaks excellent English and was extremely helpful, particularly when El Mencho was killed and we needed some local travel information. There's plenty of street parking on a quiet street.

The house was lovely, with high ceilings and a spacious feel. The bed was clean, large, and comfortable. What's particularly noteworthy is that the owner was very responsive and helpful, even with minor issues, which made my stay very pleasant.

Very cozy apartment with all of the necessary amenities for a short-term stay. The bed was very spacious, the kitchen had a stovetop and all of the basic cookware and utensils. The host was amazing and very welcoming. They allowed us a late check-out and when we accidentally left something in the apartment, they let us know almost immediately! Would definitely book again whenever we're in Merida!

Very new and super clean apartment, with all the accessories needed in the kitchen and the bathroom, new ceiling fans, AC, good mosquito nets, and a very strong WiFi. Perfect for my remote work, and it's only within 10 min walk from the main square. The owner was very responsive and helpful as she allowed us to check out a bit later.

The owner and staff were incredibly kind, proactive, and made us feel completely at home with their thoughtful care. The house was beautifully designed, with a peaceful garden, a refreshing pool, and everything spotless and comfortable. Their personalized recommendations for local restaurants, cenotes, and ruins added so much to our experience and made exploring Mérida even more special.
