The location was stunning with fantastic water views and great beach access. There is a great restaurant close by and it is a short drive to Takaka which has all the amenities you need.

Wonderful stay in a super lovely house with an amazing view. Jenna was super accomodating after I realised that I'd messed my booking up and needed an extra bed made up. All round a fantastic experience and wonderful place to chill out after walking the Abel Tasman track.

Beautiful large home with the most stunning views!Short walk to the beach. Had a great lunch at Molly B’s and enjoyed the live entertainment at the other cafe on the beach. Would highly recommend staying here. By far our best spot on our two week tour of the South Island.

Unbelievably beautiful surroundings and walkable to a gorgeous beach

As a solo traveller, this place was a true paradise for me. The actual setting is even more beautiful than the photos I saw online before my stay. Once I settled in, I immediately felt surrounded by the love the hosts have poured into this place — the welcoming nature, the serene warmth, and the strong sense of privacy, even around the outdoor shower. It felt wonderful. There are some small instructions to follow, but they’re all very clear and easy. The property itself feels like an attraction, so it’s worth coming a little earlier to enjoy everything it offers. If your schedule is fully packed and you only want a place to sleep, you might find the instructions a bit inconvenient. This is really a place for people who want to slow down, soak in the beautiful nature, and spend time enjoying the lovely garden and the birds around. There is a stream next to the tent, and you can hear it throughout the day and night. The hosts provide earplugs, but it wasn’t a problem for me at all — in fact, I slept extremely well, recharged by the energy of nature.

Amazing location, right across the road from the beach and only a short walk to Molly B's pub and restaurant. Beautiful views and everything we needed for a lovely relaxed stay.

Breakfast N/A. Close to beach & cafes. Beautifully presented, clean, appeared new. kitchen exceptionally well stocked. Open plan meant everyone could be together. A bonus to have an ensuite for both bedrooms.
