KuwaitWhat I liked most about this hotel was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to lend a hand, whether it was with luggage or anything else I needed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was also top-notch, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient, everything was just a short walk away. And there is a hair salon 3 min walk, I loved that.
The room was phenomenal, spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bed was especially impressive: large, cozy, and perfect for a great night’s sleep. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Highly recommended

I was surprised to see Sheraton become to such low level. The internal furniture was old , the toilet door was not closing properly there was big gap between the door and door frame it was not comfortable at all. I had to check out earlier

Good breakfast, lovely restaurant staff. Room very comfortable. I used the excellent gymn. As a guest you have free access to gymn, pool, spa but have to pay, I am sure, for treatments. These facilities were a major part of my reason for coming to the Sheraton.

The Location was perfect, the staff was super helpful and friendly.
Thanks a lot to the front staff especially! The breakfast was okay, but also not on a Level that we know from Sheraton.
The Lobby and Restaurant is nice as usual at Sheraton Hotels, we liked it a lot!

We're a couple that stayed in Sheraton for two nights. The staff are very friendly and always ready to assist. Very convenient place to stay. They have a restaurant, bar, and a spa. Felt very secure. Room service is quick and food was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. There are very interesting light settings in the room as well. The Edinburgh Castle can be seen from our window. We had an excellent stay and will definitely come back next time we're in Edinburgh.

Newly renovated… Under new ownership and management… For a Sheraton branded product, a bit over priced for the value during peak, season. Rooms are quite small, although nicely appointed… Nicely updated bathrooms… Pleasant lounge, and bar area.

Marriott apparently took an old hotel owned by someone other then themselves and turned it into a Sheraton, part of the Marriott Bonvoy, which I originally throught was their premier hotels and this was not. Their staff was very responsive and helpful.
