The pools were great, they even had water aerobics few times a week. Staff super kind, from front desk to all the people in the fanghi section….THANK YOU!!

We booked here for the thermal pool and weren't disappointed! Even though it was cold outside when we went, the pool was a lovely temperature and we spent a few hours there each day. The children loved it! Don't forget a cap though (they do have them in the bathrooms). We had 2 rooms - both were huge and looked out over the pool. The bathrooms were spacious and one had a separate dressing area. The balconies were also large. All 4 of us could easily eat out there, overlooking the pool and hills beyond. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful. We also liked the town of Abano Terme - very relaxed, but close to Vicenza.

I booked this for my parents 40th wedding anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond in looking after them. Lots of little details like their name on the TV as a welcome and rose petals on the bed for them. Spacious rooms, lots of loungers by the pool, enjoyable breakfast. As my parents went off season, they were able to check out at 12 as no one else was booked into their room. Location was fantastic, right in the centre, car and bike parking available, lots of lunch and restaurants all within walking distance. The bus stop is a three minute walk away. Staff were lovely, very accommodating and tried very hard to speak English with us, they were also very patient with my broken Italian.

Was clean and as pictured in photos. Convenient location for walking around the town.

Beautiful, clean, easy to find things

The food in the restaiurant was very good. There was so much to do on the property from the pools, the sauna and steam rooms. Plenty of places to just relax. The spa was amazing. I had a sage mud treatment and a massage that were incredible. The woman who gave me my massage was named Andrea and she was great!

The room was very comfortable with two bathrooms and a superking size bed! The pools and and the spa facilities excellent. Great breakfast with good quality food too. The garden is also very nice.

Everything about it was amazing. From the spa to the pools to the staff.

Good breakfast, strategic position, really kind and professional staff

Beautiful room, I was fortunate to get an upgrade and stayed in one of the renovated rooms. It was stunning. Bed ultra comfortable, huge bathroom, and a terrace.

We liked literally everything about the hotel. The welcoming and accommodating staffs, the facilities, the location, the delicious food.

The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The staff is wonderful, from the moment you enter the hotel to the cleaning service. The massage staff is excellent, as is the mud therapy. The doctor's examination was very thorough. The chef is very good, and the breakfasts are plentiful, especially the wide selection of pastries. The service in the restaurant is very fast.

Breakfast was OK. Cleanliness was Perfect and the best or the only serious thing about to mention. Otherwise is a "funny" Hotel, in a strange way. You can take it with a laugh or you can ruin your stay with all the elementary missing things.

Good thermal pools with good temperatures, space and several jacuzzi. Good saunas in relax zone.

Everything was top notch from the service to the hipster rooms to the warm water it was fantastic. The breakfast was top quality with a huge selection, we loved the common areas and the zen music for a comfortable chill vibe.

Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of variety, the staff truly friendly and helpful. Location perfect, just a few minutes walk from the center of town, but quiet surroundings.
