This property and the views were absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t imagine a better location — it’s a short walk to city center with all the restaurants and shops. If you don’t feel like making the uphill walk, the parking structure Port Catania is only an 8 minute drive away and that’s another great way to enter the city center. It was walking distance to Iso Bella and the cable car. We loved our stay! The room was comfortable, clean and the design was beautiful. The unit feels private and the neighborhood felt safe. Great hosts too, we definitely recommend!

Very convenient walk into town ~10 to main road and ~15min to the gondola. Grocery store ~8min walk. House itself is gorgeous. Nice finishes, and great views! We stayed with 8 comfortably. Ages from 24-68 Getting to the house: There are 2 relevant addresses. 1 walking address for getting into town. 1 Driving address for driver access. 1 parking space was included. Make sure you pay attention to the directions! The host was very accommodating and very helpful throughout the stay! We would recommend this stay to anyone. Great alt to hotel on the quieter side of town. We will be back.

The location was excellent! A quiet residential area with a short 15 minute walk to the main shopping and sightseeing areas. The views from this place were unbelievable!!! The pool was beautiful. And we had blood oranges from the garden trees every morning!

Wonderful stay at Villa Mimma! The Villa is perfect , just a short walk into Taormina centre, views are amazing, especially watching the sunrise each morning. After a day sightseeing you can relax in the lovely pool and chill on the vast patio area. Host Luca is so kind and helpful, always on hand, can help to arrange day trips or a restaurant reservation and gave us some great recommendations, just brilliant! We will most certainly visit again. Perfect!

Our hosts Gabrielle and Teresa were brilliant! From telling our driver the best place to park to access the apartment to booking cabs for us on a few occasions. Nothing was too much trouble and they always responded to messages promptly. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, and with an amazing view overlooking the water and the resort-style pool. The apartment was located within a five minute walk of the main Street of Taormina but in a very quiet location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Peter's House is superbly located 15 seconds from a great little beachside cafe that sells the best gelato, morning pastries, a multitude of coffees, beer and soft drinks for very low prices. And another 5 steps from the cafe you are on a wide pebble beach with super clear waters ideal for swimming and lounging on. And unlike sand, your towel does not get dirty, and there are no bugs. The public bus up to Taormina is nearby, as well as the Hop-on-Hop-Off bus. Peter's 1 bedroom house has 2 excellent air conditioners, 1 in the bedroom, 1 in the dining/living room. A comfy sofa that we moved to face the 42" TV where we watched a Netflix show to end the long tiring days. The kitchen has no microwave but is totally outfitted with stove, fridge, cutlery etc. Everything is upscale, modern, and very clean. Washing machine is very efficient, and there are 2 clothlines that run the length of the long patio that has a seaview. For us the queen bed was much too firm and caused pressure points on our old travellers' bodies. A memory foam topper on it would make it much more comfy. But everything else was superb. In early October the temperature was 20C at night and 24-28C daytime, and mostly sunny for the 4 nights we were there. Our train from Siracusa stopped at the Station which is a 5 minute walk from Peter's House, where he and his wife greeted us with friendship, and explanations on the free wifi, gas stove, recommended restaurants (very good Girasole etc.) They also allowed us an early checkin which was appreciated since our train arrived in Letojanni at noon. There are lots of seaside restaurants nearby, as well as small markets for fresh fruit, vegetables, milk etc. We were very happy we chose Peter’s House and Letojanni as our location, as we found Taormina to be very crowded and expensive, and although it is beautiful there, one day was enough for us. We really enjoyed the quieter and less expensive beachside location of Letojanni.

Apartment location and equipment decent plus nice shared roof balcony, but cannot function in apartment with dripping, leaking hotwater heater causing minor flood in bathroom spilling out to hallway. Property manager explained problem as minor just hours before we arrived, but we spent 2days adjusting and emptying drip basins and mopping floor. We requested 50% or 1night refund which manager and owner refused, although neither visited site to see magnitude of problem. They claimed we used facility and towels so we owed them full price in defective apartment. We had not encountered such abuse by property managers anywhere else in Sicily over 5wks. Otherwise we experienced great reception by many other locals in Letojanni.

Great newly renovated place. Very clean and great AC. Host was good and met us late night to explain everything. Very quick responses to questions.

Located near the sea, to the end of Letojanni's main street. Thanks to the balcony with a beautiful table adorned with Sicilian motifs, you can enjoy your breakfast or evenings with the sound of waves. It's clean and has all the amenities needed. The town itself is a good base to explore nearby attractions - I enjoyed that it's not nearly as crowded as Taormina (few kilometers away). The host is very friendly, open to answer any questions or just chat. Reccomended for a couple or family with kids.
