OMG this place is fabulous. Donatella and Andrea were absolutely fabulous helping us with parking our car and our luggage. This apartment was amazing and a minutes walk from the piazza. We loved our stay.

Everything was perfect. Our host, Mario, kindly rescued us when we got lost trying to reach the property by car ... there is a garage behind the property. Breakfast was not provided but there are many places to eat in the vicinity. The property is on a quiet street in the heart of Orvieto. It is spread over two floors, well furnished, bursting with books (Book &), meticulously tidy and clean, and has an excellently equipped kitchenette on the balcony overlooking the dining area below. There are two sleeping spaces (Bed) - an upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a downstairs living room with a comfortable large double sofa bed - both with their own bathrooms. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent location, only 5 minutes by car from Orvieto. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, and Viola was always available and helpful with any request. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it

Great location just outside Orvieto, quite close to campo del fiori parking where you can take the elevator up to the old city. Very convenient. Apartment is comfortable and clean and the host was very communicative and polite.

Coffee and Tea were available to make in the unit, though we chose to go out and enjoy the cafes. The bedroom is large and has a what looks to be pullout sofa as well. Overall, the unit was comfortable and met our needs.
