OMG this place is fabulous. Donatella and Andrea were absolutely fabulous helping us with parking our car and our luggage. This apartment was amazing and a minutes walk from the piazza. We loved our stay.

Everything! The property was beautiful and located in the historical district with shops, cafes, restaurants and historical sites. The neighborhood has various elevations that provides beautiful views of the town. The property owner was very kind and provided everything you could possibly need and then some.

Its location! At the end of the day walking the hills in and around Assisi it was great to walk down hill. It is very close to the Taxi stand at the John Paul II Plaza.

The apartment was in a perfect location for those traveling without a car. It was a five minute walk to the major train station and an equally close walk to the minimetro which takes you into the center of Perugia in 10 minutes. The hosts were very attentive, the apartment itself was clean, spacious for two people, and had everything we needed. There’s a laundromat, lots of little cafes, and a grocery store all in walking distance.

We were a family of three so booked two floors (first floor: room with own bathroom, second floor: room, bathroom, kitchen and living area). The apartment was very modern, spotless and clean. The second floor came with all the necessary cooking appliances, coffee pot, etc . The location was perfect, near the central area and main churches. The host was extremely friendly (very responsive, helped with restaurant recommendations and booking. Also gave us Assisi welcome card which provided discount for parking). We also ate at the host's restaurant which had the best pizza (ristorante pizzeria II menestrello). We would definitely stay at this place again if we were to visit Assisi!
