Local home experience with beautiful decoration.

My family and I had a truly wonderful experience at Magic Spell! The house is newly renovated, very spacious, clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed. I could tell immediately that our host considered all the details and was thoughtful about what her guests will need. The location is central, but quiet. The views from the windows and balcony are so beautiful. Giulia was the most accommodating and thoughtful host. She had great recommendations for us and was knowledgeable about the Umbria region. It really doesn’t get any better than this! I would come back and stay here anytime!

La Casa Agnese was the most well stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Federica had everything you could possibly need on hand right down to bandaid and a sewing kit. The casa is in a great location and private parking is available a short walk away. Federica drove me and my luggage upon arrival and departure. Very cozy, comfortable, and quiet little apartment. Perfect for 1 or 2. Highly recommend! Grazie mille Federica!

AN ABSOLUTE GEM! Host is very welcoming and accommodating to every request. Check in was soooo easy! The apt is HUGE and tastefully decorated. Location is great; just outside the walls. Best part for me, it was IMMACULATELY clean!!

The village of Collepino was a beautiful location above Spello. The apartment was tastefully renovated and well equipped. Our host, Alessio, provided great information about the local area, helped with restaurant reservations and was a delightful person.
