Villas in Radovici

The house was the gem of our trip to Montenegro this summer with our two daughters. With modern kids we enjoyed everyone having a room of her own, if you know, what I mean. Yes, the house was the closest one to perfect one could practically get. The charming house is on top of a hill, inside a perfectly quiet neighborhood, in the center of a fruit tree yard and with a fabulous view on the mountains and the see. It combines the feel of being a new house and one, that was a home for a caring family before. Very comfortable, everything needed included. All the facilities and supplies. Even the tablets for the dishwasher were there, which is a rare thing in our wide experience. Comfortable rooms and beds, dining room, kitchen, two perfectly clean bathrooms, washing machine, all the towels and bed linen, etc., you name it. We especially enjoyed having family breakfasts on the terrace in front of a house, where there was a shade in the morning and a stunning view. Under the cypress and pomegranate trees. I'm sharing a photo. The location is always a relative thing, depending on your plans and preferences. However, there are a few top rated beaches and restaurants around, a couple of minutes by car (which you definitely need, of course), as well as walking trails and sightseeing goals. And it's close to the Tivat airport (not disturbingly loud, if you are concerned - just a couple of planes landing per day from this side and none in the night time, so absolutely not a problem) and the borders with Bosnia (we would recommend, if you travel by car, as well) and Croatia. Food stores, local restaurants, ATM, post office, etc. But most of all we enjoyed the care of the hostess. Starting with the welcome email and instructions. Then a plate of local sweets on the table, a bottle of wine and some cocktails in the fridge waiting for the tired travelers... Best of care and bonuses for us the whole way. Exceptional. We are extremely thankful and happy to have stayed here.

The property is very nice, neighborhood is quiet it is nice and well put we enjoyed our stay, staff and owners are very nice and polite, would recommend for sure.

We liked everything in this villa. This is villa rebuilt from authentic stone house, it was renovated just 1 - 2 years ago. After renovation the house and garden are very comfortable to stay in. It has cool master bedroom with own terrace/patio with picturesque stone stair leading down to the yard. All rooms and terraces have and excellent view of the mountains, village and sea. At the first floor there is cosy living room. Kitchen looks like a small grotto it is very atmospheric, big sliding door can be fully open and you can walk to terrace with pool. There is very beautiful garden with grape vines that cover about half of the garden, figs and fruit trees, it creates very relaxing mood. The house is well equipped, all furniture is new and it has everything for relaxing stay. The owner was very welcoming, he provided us with the list of the best beaches, restaurants, places to visit and gave us lots of useful advices how to go around :) All our familly really enjoyed at villa Liberta!

Wonderful! We chose this house because of its location (right on the beach) and the view from the windows. We also liked the interior from the photo. And I must say that in reality everything is much better than in the photo. The house is located in a quiet tourist area, directly on the beach. The weather was beautiful and we took advantage of the SUP boards to ride around the bay. 2 boards are provided free of charge and you can ride as much as you want. But we took a tour with a guide who taught us riding techniques. Every evening we had a barbecue on the beach - it was wonderful! The inside of the house is very well furnished, I was especially pleased with the kitchen, as we love to cook ourselves. Everything is very convenient, a lot of dishes and various equipment. Directly next to the house (100 m) there is a market - fresh bread, fruits and vegetables, groceries. We rented a car and were free to move around. 3 km to a large supermarket. 10 km to the center of Tivat. We walked along the stunning sea there and sometimes had dinner in restaurants. We visited the old town of Kotor, 15 km. The owners of the house helped us create an itinerary, so there was no time to be bored! We are very grateful to Anna and Andrey! We visited Montenegro for the first time, and even in winter, but despite this, the vacation was 100% a success! We will definitely recommend this wonderful house and will return ourselves, but now in the summer!

Everything was optimal Milan was exceptional host he was arranging everything every detail the place was brilliant clean and looks new the view from the balcony or the terras unbelievable. Delicious fresh bakery fruits, lavazza coffee tea, auger water and soft drinks were available as a welcome for the host . Just enjoy you need nothing the place is few steps from the Porto and Main Street surrounded by fruit trees Milan offered me a nice gift and fresh apple pie last days that was very nice . It is the welcome attitude who make your staying unforgettable or bad , and I would say my vacation was exceptional because of the host attitude … he made my vacation the best thank you Milan we’ll be coming back no doubt.

The house is charming, located in a peaceful and quite neighbourhood/village. It has all you need even for a longer stay, and it is also a great base for exploring Lustica and surrounding. It can easily accommodate 4-5 persons. Communication with the host was impeccable. Thanks again to Violeta and Milena!

House was located next to the sea, great palce

All amenities new or feel like new. Kitchen very well furnished and easy to use. Close to everything by car (small supermarket 5 min by car, big supermarket 10 min by car, Tivat airport 15 min by car, Kotor 20 min by car, sandy beach 12 min by car). Seashore 10 meter from front door- big attraction to kids (access to water possible). Main bedroom has porch and stunning view of the bay.

The villa was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy every moment of the stay.

The location and swimming pool suited our group of 3 adults and 6 children very well. Calm neighbourhood, good parking space next to the house, and easy to take shorter day trips to Kotor, Budva, Cetinje and other places.
