The cottage was great and the village is lovely. Nice quiet location and handy for Elie and the Fife coastline. The cottage was very clean and the host left some food essentials for us which was lovely. Would definitely recommend. The host Cheryl was great at communicating with us before the stay and rearranged the bedroom into 2 single beds rather than the super king-size which was really helpful and she also provided information about electric car chargers locally.

Amazing location - heart of the Galloway Forest.
The cabin offered a well-equipped wooden home - had everything you need, small cooking area and fully furnished.
Loved the bathroom! Roll top bath and spacious luxury.
Peaceful setting - and oh my! The night sky views were wonderful!
Loved using the fire pit to cook dinner on.
Jeannot and Frazer were wonderful hosts who could do no more for us.

Stunning spacious property with all the facilities you could need. The jacuzzi bath and large walk in shower are very luxurious in the bathroom, various bath products provided which is a nice touch. So much space and comfort in each room. Quiet setting, but minutes walk or drive from shop or other amenities. Great setting for eating in, or easy and plenty options to eat out Highly recommend.

Utterly wowwed! What a fantastic job you’ve done on the conversion. Spacious, luxurious and beautifully thought-through. We ‘couried in’ cosy and warm with the fire on our first night. And walked the headland taking in the lighthouse, cliffs and seabirds to the sun-soaked Eoropaidh Dunes on our second day. A perfect house to come back to!

Stunning property ! The attention to detail by the owners was exceptional. Such high quality everywhere. The location was so peaceful and unique . Seals in the bay , eagles , sheep, magnificent view all from the comfort of the living room ..3 excellent bathrooms and bedrooms .. kitchen well equipped ..hot tub first class ..Shaun and Amy fantastic hosts ..the word luxurious doesnt come close . Didn't want to leave ..

The pod was just perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer and we'll hopefully come for another stay soon! The pod was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the hot tub a lot and we thought the value for money was amazing. The onsite bar/restaurant was lovely to have and the staff were super friendly. Overall just an amazing experience, highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway!

Beautiful location. Feels remote (a retreat,indeed), yet close to some of Orkney‘s major sights.
Perfectly equipped with everything you need. Small, but with some very clever ideas to make use of the space.

The atmosphere was piece full and calm, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Overall, it was a luxury stay that provided relaxation and rejuvenation in equal measure

It was amazing. My family and friends were more that suitably impressed with quality of the accommodation. We are so jealous of the next guests and agreed we would return again, should the need arise for a 4 bedded stylish, luxury retreat, in the wonderful St Andrews!
