had 83 year old staying with me an she loved were her car was parked easy access to room, shop handy across the road central to main shops nice location have stayed here before, thanks for the BBQ much appreciated, well be back again

Recently renovated, exceptionally clean, and warm with modern facilities. The bed and fresh linen were so comfortable, that I melted into it. Had the best sleep ever! Ample parking and lovely to wake up to bird song. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to others. .

We did not have breakie cause we left earlier. The staff were very friendly, We loved it, the only thing are the few cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

Location is brilliant with beautiful views over the Bay of Plenty. Hosts were friendly, informative, entertaining, everything you might want from a perfect host. Breakfast was brilliant, all fresh from their own property

The location is beautiful and the owners are super friendly. The cabin is surprisingly warm and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I have to travel to the same location for work again in a month's time and will likely re-book this cottage for my little family and I.

Great place with great views. The property is private with ample parking. Two lovely decks with seating. Walking distance to Waiotahe bay and a few minutes drive to the supermarket. Good size kitchen and lounge for families.

The location was absolutely picturesque, with the cottage overlooking the harbour. It was surrounded by fruit and olive trees of every kind. The yard was well-kept and attractive. The cottage was cozy and comfortable. Kenny and Liz were the consummate hosts. Kenny spent 45 minutes satisfying our curiosity by showing us the fruit and olive trees, answering our questions, etc. Our stay away idyllic.

Very homely ,Very quiet ,Had every thing we needed ,Beautiful home and neighbour hood owners were easy to communicate with was so comforting we had to stay another night cause we didn’t wanna leave,
