Location is superb, private as is gets. Be aware of the 20' walk from the parking on the path through the vineyards, it can be quite challenging, even if you have only hand-luggage (8-10kg). Morning sun on the balcony.

This place is located in a truly beautiful area and is spacious, cozy, spotless, and absolutely charming. Sara gave us a very warm welcome, and what helped us the most was all the local travel information and recommendations she shared with us. They made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Sara is incredibly kind, sweet, and always willing to help whenever needed. Staying here didn’t feel like staying in a hotel or rental property, it felt more like staying at a friend’s home. We felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Comfy, bus station was close quite clean

We liked everything about the property. Barbara takes very good care of the property and manages it well. She had to help us find the parking location and took the time to meet us along the road to show us. The location is in a small town away from the noisy central city area of La Spazia…relaxing. It’s very quiet but the local restaurants put out some of the best food we ate while staying in Italy.

Best B&B you can wish for. Great location, good restaurant in walking distance. Parking spot is five minute walk away and safe, not on the side of the road. Nadia, the owner, is a great and helpful. Her son Francesco speak perfect English.

We stayed at Capitolare Tower for our honeymoon and honestly it was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The place itself is beautiful and the view is just something else. What really made the difference for us was Andrea. He was amazing from the start, helped us with everything and made things so easy. You can tell he actually cares, not just doing his job. Because of him our honeymoon felt really special and memorable. If you’re looking for a place that combines beauty, comfort and truly personalized service, this is it. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon experience
