B&Bs in Shrewsbury

As advertised, a genuine building with character and charm. It makes a great change from a premier inn. Location right in the city centre but in a quiet courtyard. I was there mid-week so it may be different on the week ends with live music. I had dinner at the pub twice and both meals ( slow-cooked belly pork and lamb shank ) were really well prepared. The bar had a good selection of beers. Both the room and the meals were great value for money.

No breakfast but the accommodations are wonderfully eccentric and delightful. Our host was prompt in helping us with questions and ordering a cab for us. We've now stayed there twice and look forward to the next time!

I really enjoyed my stay in Upper Eyton Farmhouse. Dawn and Greg are great hosts and very accommodating. Very clean, very comfortable bed and lovely home cooked breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is spotless Upper floors have beautiful round stained glass windows. Fridge in room is convenient. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

I liked the location, it was only a 10 minute walk from the town. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable

Amazing People, Location, Room, Cask Ale, Bed, & More! The Vaults ideal location right at the old medieval city walls made for perfect access to the curiosities of Shrewsbury. Jason and the rest of the staff were welcoming, with a great sense of merriment and affability. I'd love to go back and stay there for a week or two, to just soak in the life of this ancient town. I really can't think of anything that could have been better. What more can a soul want than excellent cask ales, fine people, and the most charming outdoor beer garden? And the beer garden is three-tiered, no less!

A beautiful room with comfortable bed within easy reach of town centre. The shower was excellent and room was well equipped with ironing board, fan, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, water and snacks.

Well built accommodation with lovely architectural details. Surroundings are sublime and spectacular. Staff was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Meals were very good and sourced from local produce.

Everything about this place is exceptional. The food is magnificent, the room was charming, the owners were so helpful, and the history is simply amazing

Middle of the city. Modernized but still classical pub/inn. It was super convenient and good food, good coffee.

Great Breakfast. Great Location

Breakfast was simple to get ready. We used the iron for the steam feature to steam some packed suits. Worked beautifully! Nice patio and nearby trails.
