B&Bs in Hamilton

Great place: interesting architecture, good room, good breakfast, if you like animals you'll enjoy petting cats/horses outside, very clean (shoes off). Nice owners.

I loved how clean and open the space was. Since we were there only one night, we didn’t get to use much of what was offered, like the board games, the grill, or the back yard, but we definitely noticed and appreciated the amount of things there were to do here.

Absolutely charming, very clean, well decorated and so incredibly cozy.

Although the accomodation was on the other side of Hamilton to where we needed to be, it wasnt too far away and I was happy with that.

My sister ended up getting food poisoning and this amazing host went above and beyond to help accommodate the stressful situation. Our trip would've been a lot more stressful if she hadn't been there to save the day! And the room itself is very cozy and has a beautiful bush view. Highly, highly recommend!

What we like in our stay in KK boarding holiday house are the staff, they were very accomodating, approachable and friendly always greet us with a smile and very responsive in all of our request even there is a language barrier the staff still manage to give us all our needs and very kind enough to boiled our eggs! Haha! Also the owner was very easy to approach about upgrading our room, no hassle at all! Also the place is also relaxing and very much comfortable to move around, we also love the kitchen because everything that we need is there we can cook, we can also use everything like electric kettle, fridge, microwave and they also provided us free coffee! I'll definitely recommend KK holiday house to stay! Awesome!

The Propert was sparkling clean, and is as shown in the pics. Our host Nam is very kind and genuine person. We never felt that we are staying outside our home. He made sure, we felt like we are staying with our extended family. In fact, he gave us fresh veggies from his kitchen garden too. 5 out of 5 for his caring personality.

What a total gem! A castle with so many thoughtful features. The group loved the stay. Nice coms with the hosts, too.

Everything. Was great. Proximity to Waikato Hospital was a requirement for us. Without a vehicle it was a 10 minute stroll and felt we could come and go without disturbing the hosts. Lovely and relaxing grounds appreciated at this worrying time.

Great location and convenient to downtown Hamilton, but so quiet. The room is four months old, well appointed and a wonderful break from the hub bub of most hotel/motel/b&b places. If you are a couple looking for a wonderful retreat, this is it.
