The Lammas Park House is just lovely. The owners are charming,the location is ideal for access to the town and there's a private car park.

Characterful, spacious house with large bedroom. Spotlessly clean with great bathroom and shower. Really enjoyed using the large shared kitchen, dining room and garden. Great location, walking distance to city centre and attractions. Really quiet and relaxing.

Myself and my wife stayed at Jan‘s place for 5 nights in July. The location is quiet and our room was spacious and very comfortable. Jan was a great host giving us plenty of tips for restaurants and places to visit. Parking, although not possible outside the house, is not a problem as there is a free community car park very close. It‘s a great base for both coastal walks and visiting towns such as Dartmouth, Salcombe, Totnes, etc. Can recommend.

Pleasant quiet area of town , situated high on the slope. Ample safe parking and Wi-Fi provided. Although I never had time to use all facilities, it was well equipped with lounge and bar, tv’s, library, and lovely outside garden area for relaxing. The management team of the two ladies were well organised and gave a warm welcome. In room tea/coffee and toiletries excellent. Breakfast was a super full English, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt - yummy.

Ness and Phil are great hosts, friendly and professional. Rockvale is in a great location, lovely views and easy walking to town for food or sightseeing. Breakfasts were great and nice touch of bottled water and chocolate in room each day. I loved the beauty of the area and my daily walks.
