It was a good price, easy to find the place. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is incredibly delicious with a great selection (the dumplings were my favorite!). The spa area is absolutely fantastic—I would love to come back!

It was clean with good room space and comfy. Excellent location just almost in front the Station. The breakfast was standard but good enough. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Takayama if you look just a place to stay.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the train station and a short walk into the main town. Room was spacious and comfy and had a killer view of the Alps. In room large bath was a nice touch.

Highly recommended! Short walk from bus & JR station with comfy room, common space & bed. Its a nice stay to meet new friends from all parts of the world. I would stay again if I ever visit Takayama.

It is new property with clean spacious beautiful rooms

Everything was right, from start to finish. The place, the bed, the lounge, I’m literally planning to go back with my family. Is the first time ever, while traveling, that I’ve felt so comfortable in a hotel room. I felt like the room was a place to be, to stay, to live and it didn’t bother me to be there while a snowstorm was raging outside. The bed was amazing, even though it was a Japanese futon, the staff was super nice and welcoming and the free drinks at the lounge were amazing. This is the best hotel I’ve ever been and I will definitely return.

The place is clean, homey, and is just walking distance from Old Town which is one of Takayama's main tourist spot. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.

The private onsen was the best part of the trip. It is on the deck and you can literally spend hours soaking in the nature. In addition, the staff was beyond lovely and were extremely helpful. They even offered to draw me a map of the different walking routes. The food was also amazing at the restaurant. The chicken and pork were good as well as the hida beef. Room is very spacious. It is traditional Japanese so there is no standup shower but does how the stuff for a good onsen soak.

Very centric location, clean and tiny rooms, breakfast included and washing machines that work with coins. It is next to a temple so all area is very quite.

Everything is so good. The place is classic style decoration but so clean. The outdoor bathroom was nice atmosphere. Perfect location and peaceful but close to Bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. Even though a solo trip but did not feel lonely here.
