The location was great for attending our dog show. The house was comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfortable; however, one was quite squeaky when you moved. The house was well furnished and equipped. 1 more lounge chair would be beneficial if all the rooms were occupied. Don't be fooled by the 1-bedroom villa title, this house actually has 3 bedrooms.

You could incorporate that into the review like this: We weren’t able to stay due to the poor ventilation and found it very difficult to breathe inside the house. It’s a very old property, and unfortunately the photos don’t accurately represent its condition. If you’re simply looking for space and aren’t concerned about comfort, this may suit you. However, if you’re expecting a relaxing and comfortable getaway, this isn’t the place. I also wouldn’t describe it as a “seaside sanctuary.” The property of appears to need significant maintenance, and it felt as though little care had been taken in how it was presented to guests. Communication with the owner was also disappointing. It was very difficult to get in contact with them when we needed assistance. They were quick to process the booking and payment, but not responsive when it came to addressing our concerns or ensuring we had an enjoyable stay.

Aspendale is a great spot for a getaway.

Aspendale is a great spot for a getaway. We loved being close to the beach, cafés and local shops, while still enjoying a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly area, easy parking and everything we needed was nearby

Aspendale was a fantastic place to stay.

Aspendale was a fantastic place to stay. Great beachside atmosphere, plenty of cafés and shops nearby, and everything was easy to access. The property was clean, well presented and offered excellent value for money. We'd happily return.
