The room is a great size and very comfortable, and the shower is terrific. The staff are great. Especially the reception lady on that time. She was outstanding because when we were unable to access the QR code to order a meal. She went out of her way to enable us to pay for the meal because we're exhausted from a long-day travel. It's a great value.

We liked the access to all shops etc the noise from workers...

We liked the access to all shops etc the noise from workers was bad the beds could be a little more comfortable and maybe a security door so we could have the door open and not let the flies in Overall a wonderful clean affordable apartment Thanks

It was appreciated that reception had good communication with us about our expected arrival time on the day as we were traveling some distance. Also upon arrival AC had been turned on in advance for us. The room was presented clean and tidy and some extra small milk portions. The utensils and crockery were clean and adequate for the three of us. We were disappointed that there was no breakfast facilities and the shops were not close by without driving. Driving to the shopping plaza was a bit confusing. We bought microwave meals from Coles to eat at motel.

Kitchenette was well stocked.

Kitchenette was well stocked. Has Microwave toaster, pans etc and a small fridge. Hot plate for cooking. Daily service was handy. Always had fresh towels. Upstairs room was large and comfortable. With a dining area & a desk. The room was Accessed by stairs but there are downstairs rooms as well if required. Room was quiet and dark enough for sleeping. Undercover car park is close by the unit. Lots of choices for food around the area. Restaurants and take aways. Varied cuisines.

There wasn't much to like - the area is located beside a car...

There wasn't much to like - the area is located beside a car dealers where constant beeping is heard all throughout the day. Management has very little experience in customer service and at times can be rude and disruptive. The only good thing about Browns Plains are their kind, honest and respectful cleaners.

The house was great for our family group. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. The beds were comfortable and all towels and linen were clean and ample for the group. We didn't need anything during our stay but communication was quick and efficient when I had trouble accessing the code for the lockbox. The house is located a short drive to the Browns Plains shopping area which also has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We booked this after walking out of another property, so it was very last minute. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Although it is on a very busy road, it was still very quiet. The room was spacious for a motel room. It had basic items plus a few bowls and cutlery and microwave so getting breakfast was easier. It is close to facilities in Browns Plains
