Great place to stay at, nice little cozy hut with kangaroos, kookaburras, sheep, bats and other wildlife outside. Easy to get from Canberra. Pet (even cat) - friendly. Great host, provided all necessary instructions in advance.

We loved how quiet, remote and quaint the cottage was. It was lovely to go back to basics. The inside fireplace was gorgeous. Can I just say that bed was soooooo comfy. I dont think I’ve had that good a sleep in a long time - sooooo comfy!

Great location and amazing sunset/ sunrise view !! The sunrise is shine right in front of your door. I have wonderful time w my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday! Full kitchen set is such a plus

Lovely rural village, fueled up then i had breakfast at the Chubby Cat cafe, excellent bacon & eggs, coffee & a lovely gluten free slice to top it off, on the morning i left the Merigan_ where i stayed in the cherry tree cabin,,, beautiful property at Mount Fairy just down the road from Tarago
