It was my first time glamping and I was blown away by the luxury and beauty of the set up. The owner thought of everything and the kitchen was amazing. The layout was so well planned with a hidden outdoor shower behind the kitchen for privacy (except all of nature around you). The view was spectacular and the deck was surrounded by wildflowers. The tent was huge and we enjoyed the seating area inside when it got a little buggy at dusk.

The Cube is a stylish and comfortable studio apartment which made my stay in Cowichan Bay enjoyable and memorable. Check-in was very easy and as my arrival time shifted back, the owners were very flexible and friendly about being there when I arrived in the early evening. There are numerous nice design touches in the space, high ceilings, a stylish kitchen, and a comfortable bed. My relatives who I was in Cowichan to see did not see as much of me in the mornings as they expected since I was reluctant to leave.

The property is still under renavation. We got three rooms and one of them is just completed. The newly completed room is very good. All the rooms have everything we need when you rest a night in the road trip.

We knew ‘The Latch’ several years ago for it’s amazing dinners. We just had the opportunity to stay there again as it is now a B&B. The current owners (they bought in 2020) have transformed this place into a jewel, keeping all the original charm. Breakfast is included and was an amazing 5* experience! Lovely location overlooking a marina. We’ll be back! 😊👍

Bayview B&B’s location provided the perfect weekend getaway.

Bayview B&B’s location provided the perfect weekend getaway. Centrally located on Vancouver Island, made it easy to explore Victoria and Nanaimo areas. Our hosts, Brian and Bev, were welcoming, and provided local information about weekend events, leading to an unexpected visit to a Farmers Market. Our room was comfortable, with all necessary amenities. We began each day with a delicious Continental breakfast and had the option of eating outside in a garden setting. Markets are short drive/or walk away as is the water's edge. We took lovely walks in the evening enjoying the beauty of the neighborhood. We highly recommend Bayview B&B for your weekend stay!

Beautiful property and amenities.

Beautiful property and amenities. No discernible maid or cleaning service. Arrived to used bedding crumpled on the floor and wet towels in the bathtub. Garbage from previous tenants still not cleared. Washer and dryer were useful but difficult to dry king size sheets and pillowcases for our stay that night! When I mentioned this fact to Nomadics they thanked me for doing the laundry. No TV working as internet was coming from another part of a very large property - so intermittent. Otherwise a very pleasant, quiet interlude.
