We had such a wonderful stay and honestly can’t recommend Beechwood Cottage highly enough. Paul (and Yogi 🐶) were exceptional hosts from the moment we arrived, warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made our stay very relaxing. The room itself was beautiful and stylish, with everything thoughtfully arranged and all the facilities you could possibly need. The bed deserves a special mention because it was incredibly comfortable! Easily one of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had away from home. One of the highlights was the breakfast delivered straight to our room. It was absolutely amazing and felt like a real treat to start the day. And we can’t forget the cakes from their bakery - absolutely delicious. We were also travelling with our dog, and it was great to have a safe and welcoming space where he could enjoy the stay just as much as we did. That made a big difference for us. All in all, a fantastic stay with lovely hosts, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon.

Breakfast was ordered the evening before (a practice I agree with). I needed gluten-free and Paul catered for this. Breakfast arrived bang on time and everything was excellent. My wife liked the flowers.

There are no negatives for Rose Cottage.

There are no negatives for Rose Cottage. It was a wonderful place for family to gather from all points of Scotland to celebrate a significant birthday. There was plenty of parking for our five cars. Our three dogs were made very welcome with treats and when I left behind a favourite dog toy it arrived back to us within two days. The property was immaculate in presentation (I write this as a hospitality professional), The grounds were beautiful for walking around the estate. The staff we did need to meet were very helpful. It was a 100% experience. The hot tub was a big hit with our younger family members. It was a wonderful weekend
