the property is (as of June 2026) newly renovated. It is very clean, organized, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. when we stayed there, they had a free coffee machine, the rooms have complimentary air dryers, a kettle, and an iron, and fairly big TV, along with mini fridges. the area is also very nice, with tons of great Indian and middle eastern restaurants within walking distance.

Front desk young lady is so wonderful and professional, keep her forever. Housekeeping is friendly and helpful. The room has all what you need and room to be comfortable, bathroom shower was designed by a human and not A.I. so you have room to not step in the toilet when going in and out. Counter space in the bathroom and a open closet so nothing smells stale.

It was really relaxing also it was quite a uniquely decorated bedroom we had complete silence and privacy inside the hotel room and the best part was that there's a bar / restaurants/club that goes on into a 4 am the club perfect.

Location is great, room was spacious (although a bit dated), beds - super comfy. But our biggest praises go to Asian breakfast lady (sorry - can't remember her name!) - she was exceptionaly friendly and took care of our family every morning with huge smile on her face! She was the star of our whole trip!

The room was nice and comfy. Everything was working properly. The location itself is pretty good. Around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel there is a pretty big shopping mall, train station, and metro station.

The Courtyard by Marriott was in an excellent location for our visit to the Brick Lane Music Hall. We were greeted warmly by the reception staff who helped with directions too. The room was excellent, spacious & spotless & we would certainly go back there

Everything was superb from cleanliness, courteous staff, friendly owners both Old Man and his son to Reception complimentary coffee and juices. The bathroom was super clean as well.

Excellent value for the money, the furniture may show some signs of age, but everything worked, was clean and the service was very good. All you need for a good stay.

Convenient for highway access to other cities

I like that it is within walking distance of the EXCel London, so for any convention visitors it is a 10-15min walk to the Prince Albert station. A delight is being able to come back and relax at the bar or to supply yourself with drinks and snacks at the bar 24/7 as there is not shop in the vicinity at all.
