The hotel is on beautiful grounds, with amazing view to the hills. Room was nice, basic but had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our breakfast- food was delicious. We liked that we had a pot of tea and coffee on our table to enjoy.

Superb rooms with coffee pod machines, tweed fabrics and Arran toiletries. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. There’s a lovely on site bakery and barrier in parking.

All the staff were very attentive, nothing was a bother. We were late arriving, the kitchen stayed open to allow us to have dinner, which was lovely as usual. great breakfast too.

Perfect location on our way home.

Perfect location on our way home. Loved walking around the grounds of a neighboring hotel to see the scaled map of Scotland plus gazebo & bridge in the grounds. Missed the altar. Quiet location & on a bus route for easy transport.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel has a good choice of drinks, evening meals and breakfasts were good. Clean and well presented room. Particularly mention to staff member Mel, who was incredibly helpful, pleasant and enthusiastic. Lovely walks around the lovely village, including the choice of popping to the huge barony castle and grounds, an historic hotel up the road for coffee and more food options and walks.

Lovely friendly comfortable pub/restaurant/hotel. Quiet environment despite rooms on ground floor overlooking car parking and being close to beer garden area. Great food, huge portions and very good value for money. Lovely friendly staff.

This is an exceptional boutique hotel with fine food, very comfortable lodgings and attentive friendly staff. Absolutely loved our stay and it will be top of my list for a stay if I’m in the area again.
