Got a good welcome from staff and the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very generous and more than we both could manage.

The staff was so friendly and attentive! Tom and Albert especially, but from check in to check out we felt welcomed.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF, VERY WELCOMING, UNDERSTANDING AND RESPECTFUL. GREAT LOCATION, PLENTY OF PARKING, CLEAN COMFY ROOM AND A GREAT RESTAURANT! THANK YOU FOR THE PLEASANT STAY AFTER SUCH A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE AT THE AIRPORT DUE TO 6 HOURS PLUS OF FLIGHT DELAYS, I MANAGED TO GET SOME WELL NEEDED REST!

The staff were very attentive and met all our needs nothing was a bother. The grounds were perfectly, peaceful and nature friendly. I just wish I saw some wildlife. The evening meals were all made with love. The breakfast was self-service, fresh and lots of it. Not far from Cheshire oaks shopping outlet.

This is basic and affordable hotel, and but is an extremely pleasant place to stay. It is just off the motorway, is in a quiet neighbourhood, but has great connections with the Wirral and with Chester, being only a 15 minute walk to Hooten Station. The carpark is spacious and right next to the property, and breakfast was affordable yet adequate. The room and bathroom was clean, well equipped and spacious, and perfectly comfortable albeit basic.

I was served by a man called Dylan. He was very accommodating and helpful and went above and beyond to improve the quality of my stay. I am very grateful for his thoughtful effort and for helping me.

Very welcoming and friendly staff . Always on hand to help .Spolitless clean Rooms lovely and big ,beds were amazing so comfortable had a amazing sleep . Lovely pool and garden surroundings . Very good value for money and great location.Woukd definitely recommend.

The property was well located for a family event. The hotel was cosy, comfortable and very welcoming. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent and well priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast and service there. Front desk staff very helpful. Location close to the centre of Chester with pleasant access from he hotel. Canal added to the ambience. A gym and indoor swimming pool are part of the hotel. A short walk to convenience stores, bars and restaurants (including oven-fired pizzas!) in Brooke Street.

The hotel, staff and facilities were truly amazing, breakfast and evening meal had plenty to choose from and to offer. I would recommend this hotel

Great staff, so very helpful. Special thanks to the evening staff and the dinning room lady. The room was fine with plenty of sitting room and library spaces to read or write. A bit out of the way though. Food was good.

The room was gorgeous. The owner has imagined every single thing that a traveler needs and has made a very well-furnished room. The property appears to have been recently renovated and no expense was spared. The room was well appointed with comfortable duvet and pillows and linens. The bath sheets provided were soft and ample. The snacks and tea service were top shelf. It was a pleasant atmosphere and a very nice hotel. We will definitely return!

The stay was great. The staff were so attentive nothing was too much effort. Breakfast was good, the porridge was tasty. Close to train station and short 15-20 min walk into city.

Good place to stay that's why we try to use it as our base if we stay in Chester...free parking always a bonus especially in Chester!

Fantastic location, very central for our Christmas stay and short distance from our concert and the cathedral. great rooms and food.

The hosts were very hospitable and the room was even better than i expected in a great quiet location.
