Lovely little stable, log burner was set up and going for us when we arrived so it was all cosy and warm. Plenty of parking and in the most peaceful location. It was very novel to be woken (not too early) by cows mooing. Great welcome book with all the information needed and the history of the old stable. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds super comfy and a nice hot shower. Lovely pub with a brilliant spa up the road which is walkable. Perfect little night away to recharge. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Town centre was vibrant with a good mix of independant and main high street brands with plenty of cafes and restuarants to suit every taste. Surrounding area very lovely and rural and was an ideal location to explore the Caldon Canal on foot.

Leek is a really nice town. The people were really friendly.

Leek is a really nice town. The people were really friendly. Great architecture. Lots of interesting buildings. Plenty of pubs - all really friendly. Lovely to walk around. Try the Staffordshire oatcakes. Food at the Leek Bar & Grill was really nice. Book shop sells new best sellers at 20% off.

Leek is a lively and historic market town with a wide variety of real ale pubs. It is conveniently situated for both Stoke-on-Trent and the potteries and for the Peak District. We wish we had explored it sooner.

Leek is a charming little town.

Leek is a charming little town. We visited for an event at the Arts Centre and found the town to be delightful to potter around. Art and antique shops to browse and lovely cafes and restaurants. Mostly we enjoyed just strolling around and keeping our eyes out for the amazing architecture. Lots of Victorian/Arts and Crafts buildings with stained glass, decorative plasterwork etc, as well dramatic mills and some much older historical properties still surviving.

Old mill and market town with interesting architecture, galleries, churches and history. Lots of lovely quaint shops. Market stalls Wednesday and Saturday including an old covered market. Impressive old war memorial in the centre. Very friendly and helpful people. Lots of eating and drinking places maintaining their old features. Beautiful, well maintained parks with hilly features and variety of trees and vegetation. Easy access to the Pennines, Peak District, Potteries and other towns and country pubs.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The friendliest most natural staff in any hotel I've stayed in. The gardener the cleaner the bar staff everyone was genuinely interested in saying hello or having a little chat it made the stay The food, breakfast was really good quality and we ate in the restaurant which was also very nice The log fire was lovely too

Great location for the town centre. Very friendly staff who produced an invoice I had requested straight away. The room had everything you'd need and was very quiet and clean. Lots of brewing gear and biscuits provided. Small fridge with milk in is a great touch. Cracking pub aswell. Will definitely be staying again when working in Leek.

Lovely hotel. I ate a really good pie dinner and the breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious with strong WIFI Very comfortable bed and the added bonus of a sofa in my room. Easy and free parking.
