A truly beautiful and unique place. We stayed in one of the lodges, which was lovely and secluded. A short walk through the vines and we were at the restaurant, with superb food and wine. Friendly staff and good location near Gloucester and Newent - a lovely small market town. We had a great stay.

The staff were great. I was expecting to arrive well after 10pm. I spoke with the staff at OAK INN, they were extremely accommodating. they called me twice whilst en route to understand eta. I actually made it a few minutes after 10 but everything worked smoothly, so appreciative of their understanding. Great breakfast, Room was beautiful, huge bed extremely welcoming.

If you love quiet, off the beaten track countryside with...

If you love quiet, off the beaten track countryside with the sounds of birdsong in a beautiful setting with the added bonus of historic buildings and lovely gardens, this is the place you'll love and want to come back to. The hosts were fantastic making us very welcome. We took our dog and enjoyed safe country walks up country lanes and across fields and woodland. We'll definitely be going back. Places we visited were, Malvern Spring flowershow, Ross on Wye along its Riverside, Tewkesbury, Gloucester and Hereford Cathedral 's and lots more.

Lovely area.

Lovely area. Short drive into Ledbury with fantastic independent shops.... Beautiful in Spring with the apple blossom. Follow the cider trails if you like! Farm shops and fresh pressed apple juice to buy round and about. Great food available in the area too Can't wait to return
