Smiths is in a perfect location,sadly we’ve never had a sea view there but,otherwise Tina was brilliant as always and we weren’t too many floors up for my wheelchair,breakfast was delicious as was the food at night,all in all a great night spent there,so thank you Tina and all the staff xxx

A very lovely hotel situated in a remote area, excellent for hiking and exploration of the south which, along with a work trip was my main intention. Only a 10 minute drive to Cheddar, it felt very welcoming and homely, good facilities and great food.

Hotel was pretty much as we expected, the staff were very good and the food in the restaurant was very good too. The leisure facilities especially the pool were a lovely bonus. We would have no hesitation to stay here again.

Lovely Hotel with freindly staff and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Pool and fitness room all fabulous. Very relaxing one night stay shame we couldn't stay longer to try an evening meal.

The best feature of the hotel was the leisure centre.

The best feature of the hotel was the leisure centre. We only used the pool but it also had a gym, sauna and steam room. The food was very average. We ate from the bar menu after the first evening. We were not prepared to risk wasting money in the restaurant. The staff were all very friendly. They seemed short staffed in the restaurant at breakfast time.

Whilst we didn't spend a large amount of time in Loxton (it was too wet for long walks) it was very easy to get to Cheddar, Weston Super Mare and other local towns. The Webbington Hotel's gym, pool and spa is recommended. Take a trip to Cheddar for the caves, walks a quaint shops as well as the pubs and restaurants

Average and my room was decent. Others were not. Mine had recently been refurbished with new carpets and wallpaper but the rest of the hotel was in need of some major TLC. Horrible old dusty carpets throughout, tiny rooms in the other building with no light and generally old and worn. Definitely wouldn’t pay £120 a night to stay here again. I would say more about the 60-80 mark is more suitable.

Wonderfully comfortable bed, lovely big room, with a deck with an amazing view across to Brent Knoll and surrounding countryside. Weather was fantastic, which helped! The hotel was lovely, we sat out on a big deck, watching the sun go down with a g& t, peaceful, perfect. And I think we may have had the best room in the hotel 🤫

Great location just off the M5 so perfect if travelling down to Devon / Cornwall. The staff were lovely and the overall property is beautiful, it’s just in desperate need of a refurbishment. But it could be such a lovely hotel if ownership bothered to properly invest in it.
