The Owner made our stay . He was so polite and welcoming . All the staff in the Pub & Restaurant were very polite & welcoming. This Hotel was so lovley we have already booked for next July This stay was exceptional, highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely host very polite and helpful couldn’t do enough for us for booking at last minute as I arrived in Blackpool and other hotel had messed by booking so was worried I had nowhere to stay with my daughter, Eric was amazing checked us in and made us feel welcomed

Great value little independent/privately owned accommodation on the street that's across the road from Blackpool Pleasure Beach entrance/behind the Velvet Coaster Wetherspoons!

This was room only. we had a family roon that had plenty of space with 2 bedrooms, comfy double bed in one room and bunks beds and single in the 2nd room, with wardrobeand drawers. Had ensuit shower, toilet and sink but no hot water. Friendly guy there, very apologetic for a problem with the boiler which results in no hot water. Also, only had water pipes in each room to give off heat and as boiler not working it was cold during the night. It was very basic and quiet. It was a last min decision to visit Blackpool so was cheap and we got what we paid for. Location is brilliant, just across the road from a tram stop and sea front and right behind the pleasure Beach. And. With parking available it was just what we needed. Can't complain as didn't go to spend lots of time in the room, just somewhere to sleep for the night.

The hotel was lovely and the staff really nice. Room was clean. The heating was on in the room and we were on the top floor. The room was cold but it was one of the coldest days of the year. I did not ask if there were any additional heater which I probably should have but we slept okay. Beds clean and comfortable. I would stay again

Very family oriented hotel nice a warm & clean throughout the hotel great hosts from day one buffet breakfast was lovely also we would recommend staying here and would book again 👌🏻

The vibe of this place is amazing. The art, the whole feel of the place is just perfect. Beautiful clean place. Alot of love and care goes into it and it shows. Plenty of refreshments and small touches that made it feel like home. Had the best night sleep here, it's away from all the noise but close to everything you might want to see. The bed was very comfy

This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The hotel is absolutely immaculate, everything and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The room are very comfortable and very well equipped, with fridge, safe, spare blankets, tea/coffee etc. I loved the independent heating which we could operate ourselves. We chose a small double which was great value and larger than we imagined. The host is fabulous, warm, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
