Always a pleasure coming to the Whitehouse. I don't usually get a starter with my meal but I tried the mushroom soup and it was to die for.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Never had a wet room before. All mid cons, smart TV ect. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future. Easy access to all main towns in North Wales. Slept very well and had a very enjoyable holiday. They also let me take my little dog so, win win. Many thanks Sue

Lovely little place, Julie was really friendly and helpful with everything we needed. It's in a good spot for driving to other places. Private enough from any other guests. The hot tub was amazing and our pod was really clean and comfortable 😊

Unfortunately Rhyl beach was not as good as before.

Unfortunately Rhyl beach was not as good as before. The actual beach has been shortened a lot as they have build stairs and wide cemented surface for walking and cycling etc but essentially little beach. The town itself very run down and unclean.

Not much to do in St Asaph, Rhyl is not meant to be very nice so we didn’t visit. Colwyn bay and castle is short drive away (20 mins). For visiting cities, Snowdon and beaches good location. But if more interested in activities around Snowdon and Anglesey closer to Colwyn probably better

We would have loved to stay longer and would definitely go back. If we didnt give an “excellent” rating for location or services it’s only because we weren’t there long enough to actually explore these. The room was excellent as was the host.

Great communication from owners ahead of the booking.

Great communication from owners ahead of the booking. The cottage was well furnished, clean and met all our expectations. A well priced little holiday location, we would very much recommend to others.

The main house is lovely.

The main house is lovely. We stayed in the annexe, which isn't as cosy, but the facilities worked just right. The restaurant and pub are just beautiful and feel welcoming and cosy. And all staff were very friendly. Great if you have a car and need parking, as it has a big outside space. Very close to a major road which is great for access but not too close that you hear the noise from the motorway.

The Cathedral is worth visiting; there is a river walk with parking close by. The High St is narrow for traffic, so walking is a good option, about 10 minutes from the hotel. Two ancient castles (Rhuddlan and Denbigh) are each approximately 5 miles away, and the nearest coastline at Rhyl is approximately 9 miles.

We have used coach house 2 many times as a base for visiting my mum, who is in a carehome nearby. It is an excellent place to stay - spotlessly clean, very comfortable, great parking, the kitchen is well-equipped and a huge bonus now that the restaurant (which is excellent) only serves lunches. The hosts are always welcoming and obliging. St Asaph is a good location for visiting the coast of North Wales with all the popular beaches and resorts within easy reach.
