From the start to the end of our stay, we couldn't fault a thing. Jess who greeted us at the reception was so helpful, and welcoming, as well as all the other lovely staff during our stay. The room was stunning, immaculately clean, quiet, and the bed was really comfy (not to forget a very nice touch of a complimentary g+t!). The breakfast was lovely, made better by having an amazing view of the estuary to look out on. We can't wait to stay again, and would highly recommend it to anyone else considering a stay here!

A very comfortable bed, functioning heatng, coffee+tea and kettle in the room, window that opened for ventilation, and very friendly staff. Good wifi. Our room opened onto a pedestrian street, and even on a Friday it was quiet enough we could leave the window cracked while we slept. There were multiple breakfast options including vegetarian choices. We would stay again.

St Minver is a wonderful location for a family holiday and the perfect base for exploring North Cornwall. It's peaceful and picturesque, offering a relaxing escape while still being within easy reach of some of Cornwall's most popular attractions. Everything we wanted to visit was just a short drive away. We spent beautiful days on the stunning beaches at Polzeath and Rock, enjoyed crabbing and delicious fish and chips in Padstow, wandered through the charming streets of the famous fishing village of Port Isaac, and explored Wadebridge, Bude, Newquay and St Ives. St Ives' park and ride made visiting incredibly easy, and every day brought a new adventure. Back in St Minver, we enjoyed a fantastic meal at The Fourways, and there were plenty of opportunities to sample traditional Cornish pasties and indulge in a classic Cornish cream tea. We also loved visiting the local Bird Sanctuary, which made for a great family day out. What makes St Minver so special is its peaceful village atmosphere combined with its excellent location. Whether you're looking for beautiful beaches, scenic coastal walks, family attractions, or simply somewhere to relax after a day of exploring, St Minver has it all. We absolutely loved our time here and would happily return again and again.

The house is actually in Penmayne and is within easy walking distance (5 mins) of small supermarket, bakers, butchers, fish mongers, fish and chip shop and about 10 minutes walk to a nice pub with good food.

This property is very overpriced.

This property is very overpriced. The garden isn't as per the photos. They have put up a fence meaning you only have access to roughly a third of the garden shown in the photos and this means you DON'T have a sea view unless you stand on the step outside the back door. We also weren't allowed to use the hot tub but weren't told this until we were booking in the day before and we happened to mention how much we were looking forward to using it. The adjoining property is very messy and has lots of building going on. The location is good but I would chose another property to stay at.
