The location and grounds are breathtaking, peaceful, you feel completely in tune with nature and it is a great place to relax. The spa facilities are great, if you are into walks the grounds offer great strolls in nature. The hotel overall has an old world charm to it. The dinner was good at the Walled Garden restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful and has charming features. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff where lovely and made our Anniversary stay a weekend to remember.

Very good value for money pretty location with good routes...

Very good value for money pretty location with good routes to other places. Great breakfast and very clean We had a fantastic lunch at the Salutation Arms which is close by Also 20 minutes from westonbirt arboretum which is magnificent. A great property to stay at if you’re going to any of the events there

Very reasonably priced and good for family groups for a...

Very reasonably priced and good for family groups for a short break. Little problem with the lock but fixed quickly and without any inconvenience. Heavy rain that weekend and the area is prone to flooding so wellies could be useful. Tea and milk kindly left although couldn’t find tea towels or washing up liquid etc. cottage well positioned with plenty around to do for all ages.

After a long day of travel, this felt like coming home.

After a long day of travel, this felt like coming home. It was nice to have our own space to relax and unwind. It was lovely and warm, had everything we needed. Shower worked well. Beds were comfortable, linens were lovely. Overall, I’m glad we picked this spot.
