The overall experience was still very enjoyable thanks to the hotel’s natural beauty, spacious rooms, and tranquil setting. With a little more attention to detail and maintenance, this place could easily be a top-tier destination in Antigua Guatemala.

The interior landscaping was bucs

A beautiful and calm area. The staff are nice. The people in the neighbourhood were very welcoming. They also set up the Acatenango hike for us. (Just ask) and they were also kind enough to hold on to the rest of our luggage’s while we were gone for a day and a half.

Clean, employees seem to always be awake right near door, safe, large rooms. No AC but went when temp was cool, so we were fine.

Beautiful rooms with great linen and products. Highly recommended for a romantic or quiet stay. Dinners and breakfast were delightful, and the service was personalized and attentive. Loved the night routine package.

The food was delicious and fresh every morning. We stayed for two nights and the cooks offered each morning to cook our eggs to our liking.

The property is beautiful. Amazing, large courtyard with many places to sit and relax. The staff was really kind and helpful. Very close to the center yet in a nice quiet spot.

It is like an old house and you can see and feel that, it is a very nice one too. Though the parking is pretty tight, I am confident that they can keep it safe. Staff were very nice and friendly, they allowed us to enter at any time of the day and night.
