This seems like a not-safe area to walk around in. That said the day I was there I ended up leaving because a big festival began in the afternoon and it was very loud. This had nothing to do with the hotel's fault, but I left because I needed a quieter neighborhood. This hotel is nothing fancy and I think people live there but it is relatively clean, I saw cleaning ladies and the front desk is available if you need them.

Located in a very up and coming area with all the shops and restaurants you can enjoy. The facilities are excellent , clean, with very good breakfast. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The reception was wonderful and the staff very helpful. Lovely details and the best hot water shower I've ever had.

I love having dinner in the lobby restaurant the food is so delicious and the server so professional and nice.

Cozy Hotel with a nice little garden in the inside. Some people of the staff speak very well english and are always helpful.

We were really only there long enough to sleep before our flight, but it was great! So nice to get there after a long drive and get a hot shower, a cozy bed (and Netflix!) I wish I got the name of the person at the front desk, but he was so nice and helpful. He greeted us, helped us with our bags, and was just overall attentive. Best hotel stay I’ve had in awhile!

Great location, clean rooms with all essentials. I stayed in this hotel two times - two nights separated, and was placed in two different rooms, both rooms were good. Guys at the front desk were super helpful with my requests - huge thanks to them!

we used this hotel for a 24 hour lay over in Guatemala city before travel. the hotel is in zone 10 which is a great safe location. the staff are friendly and the rooms are big, clean and have all the amenities you need

The hotel location is great, near the airport, malls, bars, and nightclubs. It feels safe around the hotel and it's a gated property, I like the style of the hotel because it feels like you're at home cozy and warm. The room was big and the beds were really comfortable, breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and polite.

Near the bus station, comfortable bed, hot water and good water pressure.

I really liked staying here. It has several rooms and seems to be recently built or renovated. I had a single room on the second floor far from the street so it was quiet. A very comfortable bed and pillows, an extra blanket, and good hot water in the shower. Albert the manager is a very nice guy and always available to answer questions. I can recommend staying here.
