The grounds are beautiful, the views amazing. We went during rainy season and we found the place to be green and lush. The use of free kayaks was so enjoyable. The staff was friendly. We were happy we chose to stay there when visiting Pana.

Spacious rooms, incredible forest location

The hotel is located right on the lake. We had an amazing room with a wrap around balcony. The property is well maintained & very beautiful with historical vibes.

Great location and excellent service at restaurant

The concierge Marvin was the most wonderful host. He provided amazing service from check in to check out. When we had an issue at check in he took charge and helped us fix it. He remembered our names, and when my sister told him about an allergy, the staff prepared a special meal for her.

Great location, quiet, clean, hot shower, excellent breakfast and really friendly and helpful staff.

The grounds of Jardines del Lago are beautiful. The hotel is famous for hosting events (weddings, parties, etc.) and was busy during our stay. The hotel is very close to the public lanchas for crossing the lake. The restaurant and wifi were excellent.

The views are magical, the staff is lovely and the food is exceptional.

The staff was nice, breakfast was good, the bedroom was clean and nice. They had extra blankets and the water pressure in the shower was the best!

I liked the environment, we were in middle of the town, very close to the lake, restaurants and many interesting places.

Great location. Great staff. Can't say enough good about helpful staff. Loved the garden and all the plants beautifully planted. The patio area for lounging is an excellent space. Room was spacious with 2 beds and still enough room to move around easily. We also got breakfast which was super convenient. We had an issue with our shower head and they resolved it right away. We highly recommend this place if staying in Panajachel.

Lovely little spot, just off the main streets. Very friendly staff, ample hot water in the shower, and gorgeous gardens. The room is tight, but a perfect spot for a night or two, at unbelievable prices. Recommend!

A short walk from the main tourist area, which was nice because it was quiet. The room, the shared patio areas snd common kitchen were all very clean.

The location was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything and easily accessible to the ferry. There were lots of restaurants and shops around.

The rooms were clean and very close to the port to other places of Atitlán. Great staff, awesome breakfast!
