A beautiful and calm area. The staff are nice. The people in the neighbourhood were very welcoming. They also set up the Acatenango hike for us. (Just ask) and they were also kind enough to hold on to the rest of our luggage’s while we were gone for a day and a half.

The King Deluxe room was exceptionally comfortable, offering ample space and a well-designed layout that enhanced our stay. However, despite the beauty and comfort of the place. The overall experience was still very enjoyable thanks to the hotel’s natural beauty, spacious rooms, and tranquil setting. With a little more attention to detail and maintenance, this place could easily be a top-tier destination in Antigua Guatemala.

Comfortable room. Nice place and attentive staff.

Clean, employees seem to always be awake right near door, safe, large rooms. No AC but went when temp was cool, so we were fine.

The food was delicious and fresh every morning. We stayed for two nights and the cooks offered each morning to cook our eggs to our liking.

Beautiful rooms with great linen and products. Highly recommended for a romantic or quiet stay. Dinners and breakfast were delightful, and the service was personalized and attentive. The property is beautiful. Amazing, large courtyard with many places to sit and relax. The staff was really kind and helpful. Very close to the center yet in a nice quiet spot.

It is like an old house and you can see and feel that, it is a very nice one too. Though the parking is pretty tight, I am confident that they can keep it safe. Staff were very nice and friendly, they allowed us to enter at any time of the day and night.

I liked everything, the service, the decoration, the facilities.

Fabulous staff, very helpful and accommodating. Rooftop. Comfy bed and a good hot shower. It is a simple place and could use some renovation but it is a great value for what you pay. Some rooms are more airy than others and the staff will be happy to show you the options if they are available.
