Так как новый отель, неудивительно, что мало отзывов. Прилетела на свадьбу подруги, отель находится рядом с Мегой на Розыбакиева, в нешумном и спокойном районе. Внутри все ЧИСТО, пахнет как после ремонта, это мне потом сказали, что недавно открылись. Комната компактная с минималистичным, красивым дизайном. Внизу можно погладить одежду, в общем все есть. По соседству находится Тандыр Казан, где можно покушать. Отличный персонал: администраторы Аселя, Темирлан и Валентина очень приветливые, и отдельная благодарность горничной Жанне. Everything was quite good except the location was a bit far from the old area of town for me as a tourist. It is a brand new hotel and not listed on Google maps or yandex taxi app. yet so a little hard to find.

A very clean, big, safe, and spacious hotel. Peaceful place and it has a gate. Front desk and kitchen personnel are kind, friendly and helpful specially Diana and Didar. Food is delicious but consistent in kinds every morning. The cereal soaked in milk was my favorite with cheese, steamed chicken hotdog, eggs and bread.

Two levels room was perfect for children! They had really liked to go up and down! Small but everything you need! Small hotel in the centre of Almaty! 5 minutes walk from Mega Mall! Very nice outside restaurant with small garden! I used to go to Almaty every week! Probably will choose Mosh Mosh as my favorite!
