The room was very comfortable and the view to the garden was beautiful. The owner lives next door and was responsive as well as respectful of my privacy. The room is partway out on the Otago Peninsula. I wish I had more time to explore the peninsula!

Location was fantastic with the centre square just two blocks away. Lots of choices for meals. We were on the fourth (top) floor. it was lovely and quiet. Rooms very clean and spacious. Parking at the back was good.
