It was our first time in Nelson, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very friendly and eager to help when needed. They were very accommodating with check-in because our ferry was canceled, so we had a late check-in. When we arrived, they had left the heater on for us, so we were welcomed into a warm house. The unit is on the same property but very secluded and private. I loved the outdoor seating area; it was very nice to sit and have a coffee in the sun. It was a space our dog enjoyed as well. The theme of the room was lovely and felt very homey. We had everything we needed.

The hosts are friendly and thoughtful. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a day of hiking. And the breakfast was truly exceptional.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Although we were on a busy road, we didn’t hear traffic noise. The pool looked inviting though we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The motel backed up to a soccer field and the great taste trail which gave us a lovely morning walk. The manager provided us with fresh milk for our coffee in the morning.

Breakfast was perfect -nice to have fresh fruit and eggs. Unit is well located close to town centre and easy access to main intersection for travel into Nelson and further around the coast.

A lot of care was put into making the little apartment homey, well designed, super clean, very functional and pleasant for visitors. We liked the style of the place, the colors, the various seating options including the patio. Hosts were super nice and helpful and very much made us feel welcome. The location is definitely off the beaten path in a mixed agricultural and light commercial area. However it was not more than 15 minutes to the center of Nelson and very easy to access Abel Tasman National Park, Motueke, and many great wineries. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

For our group of friends was one of the best places we stayed in NZ. The staff was friendly and they assist us with all our requests. For breakfast they filled up the fridge and we manage our self. Every room has it's one bathroom and they provide toiletries. We had a very nice time here!
