The staff were very friendly especially Mohamed and the restaurant waitress. The housekeeping lady was also a friendly and accomodating person and always came around to check up on us. Breakfast was generous and had variety which was appreciated especially with kids.

We loved everything about our stay. The service was exceptional from the concierge and housekeeping teams to the restaurant staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The restaurant was a highlight, especially the fresh and delicious breakfast served every day. A special thank you to the Head Chef, who created a beautiful romantic dinner surprise for my girlfriend and me and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was very professional, communicated well with us on food and drinks. The rooms were always clean, the gardens were well maintained, and the pool and ocean views were stunning. The atmosphere around the hotel was perfect, with great music and attention to detail everywhere.

It is a great place to stay for several days and make trips around the island or to the mainland for safari. It is only 15-20 minutes drive to the airport and less than half an hour to the center of Stone Town. Ideal if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the town and still not to waste time and money for long travels. The room was very clean and spacious, with lots of shelves and boxes to place things, with a small kitchenette. The staff was very caring and attentive. There were a couple of issues with the room, but they were quickly resolved. The meals in the restaurant are very decent, although a bit overpriced. The beef was really good, but don't take pizza. The breakfast is fine - both on site and the box they gaves us when we left the hotel early.

That level of attention gave the whole stay such a special and personal touch. The location and hotel itself are absolutely stunning—a true little piece of heaven. The design is beautiful, the facilities are top tier, and everything feels thought-out to perfection. And the food? Simply incredible! So fresh, high-end, and absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the Carbonara—it was outstanding. We stayed for five magical days, and leaving was truly bittersweet. But one thing is for sure: we will definitely be back! Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The apartment was finished to an exceptionally high standard, with fantastic facilities and superb internet. Having a dedicated office space was invaluable as I work remotely, and the swimming pools plus the wide breakfast selection made the experience even better. I would recommend The Oasis Residence without hesitation, especially for families. The staff were outstanding, consistently going the extra mile and truly enhancing our stay. A special mention goes to Joseph, who drove my wife and daughter with exceptional care while I was working. He is an incredibly safe and reliable driver, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing transport in the evenings, when taxis or tuk‑tuks can be difficult to find.
