The room was large, beautiful, and set up well. It was a great deal for the price I paid. I couldn’t hear the people that were staying in the neighboring rooms. The lady at the service desk was accommodating when I asked for my room to be changed to the ground floor rather than the second floor.

The room was nice, clean and in a nice location away from the city and quiet.

Bacouse the employee in the morning sift was very helpful and nice with me and my family I like this place because her and the room was comfortable

The customer service is excellent, in the facilities cleaning is impeccable and the view very beautiful, you can walk around the sea and the breakfast is super delicious

My experience at AC Hotel was pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Great services. The entire staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The Kelly Wreastler design as always is impeccable and beautiful and tasteful all around in lobby, the rooms and restaurants. You can’t find a better rooftop view than Proper in SF and on weekends it’s always a cool crowd. The beds are so comfortable the shower just perfect and most of all the staff are so helpful. I had a meeting 5 minutes after I arrived and they helped me with an early check in to get to my room.

Clean & comfortable. I arrived very late due to flight delays but the hotel is staffed 24hrs. The room was basic, yet comfortable. The shower was amazing, great pressure that I really needed after a long day of travel. Good wifi, coffee available at reception & free breakfast. While I'm not a huge fan of donuts, when in the US just do it. They also held my bags all day while I saw the sights & I was able to relax in the downstairs lounge until it was time to head to the airport. While I've heard a lot of negative reviews about the Tenderloin, I felt perfectly safe. I walked to the station to take the train to the airport & had no issues. I wouldn't do this at night but that's the same anywhere in the world!

Hotel and staff all great, the location has a lot of homeless around but we had no problems.

Everything was kept clean. There was someone there every day and the staff was very sweet and helpful. The location was also perfect for transiting around the city.

This was an excellent hotel right on the park. Also right near restaurants.
