The Villa is beautiful in a great location, 5 mins walking from the beach (which was perfect). The check in and check out process was very easy. It was very clean, well equipped and we had everything we needed. The cleaning standards are very high, and all the furniture felt like it was new. George the host was amazing, very responsive, helpful and took care of everything. The villa is pretty private, and the staff (gardener and cleaning lady) were very nice as well and respected our privacy. Our villa was cleaned (including dishwasher and towels) every day. All the facilities were great - AC, garden furniture, very comfortable bed, very (!!!) spacious bathroom.

Unit 6/40 is a quaint and clean apartment, with ample size for a couple. The bed was very comfortable, with a wide variety of pillows to fit the needs of most. The bedroom contained more than enough storage for our clothes and luggage. The clothes washing machine and dishwasher are welcome amenities, and both worked flawlessly. The shower had outstanding pressure, and with a bit of manipulation of the manual heater, the hot water tank provided enough water for two consecutive showers. Kitchen was well equipped with most standard needs met. I would have enjoyed an espresso machine over the provided filter coffee machine, but that is a personal preference. Both aircon units were quick to tame the raging summer heat of Plakias. The location of the property is perfect. It is just far enough outside of the town center to be quiet, but also a short walk to the beach (8 minutes), Spar (grocery, 5 minutes), bakery (1 minute), and town center (10 minutes). Also, 6/40 is convenient to the rubbish bins, located at the end of the property access road. We did not use the pool, but it looked to be clean and well maintained.

We are really greatful for the hospitality of Mrs Olga. The apartment was fully equipped and cozy. Very nice and convenient location, 15' min from Plakias village and close to different beaches. Last but not least, there is a value for money tavern with really tasty homemade food. We will visit the place again for sure!
