The landlord was really nice and allowed us to walk his dog every day. Also, he allowed us to pick cherries from the threes in the garden. The place is a bit outside the village in the mountains but that was exactly what we were looking for, a nice view and hiking from the front door in a quiet atmosphere.

A wonderful stay at a great accommodation. Spacious and comfortable, easy parking, quick access into Monchique. The smell of the eucalyptus forest in the area was wonderful. A quick trip up to the top of the mountain (Foia) was also a favourite activity during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quinta das Aguas. It was a luxurious accommodation in a tranquille setting in the country. Anabela gave us a friendly greeting with a welcoming basket. Later she also shared some fresh fruit picked on the property. Anabela was exceptionally helpful when we had some troubles with our phone service. We also thoroughly enjoyed the beaches in the area.
