The location is the best, walkable distance from all the sites u need if going for the first time. Clean and warm, cozy rooms which is perfect because of cold weather in Vienna in the winter. Staff was really friendly and helpful, they told us about garage that is affordable and 3min away from hotel. Overall, it was a beautiful and cozy stay.

Our ground‑floor room had wonderfully high ceilings and large windows that kept it comfortable on a hot, stuffy day, helped by very efficient air conditioning, much appreciated at the current heatwave upon all of Europe. The thick curtains provided excellent privacy despite the big windows and great cooling. The bed was exceptionally comfortable — it was the only one out of our six previous accommodations in Central Europe where my husband woke up without any back pain. Overall, a good and comfortable stay for one night.

The apartment is within 30 min walking distance to downtown. It's in a nice building on a quiet residential street. Everything inside is new and works well. We couldn't find street parking nearby (it required a local parking permit), but a parking garage was within 10 min walk and cost 29 euro for parking overnight.

The property was beautiful, located close to Belvedere Palace and the city center, and had everything a guest could need. I loved the heated floors and the elegant decor. The studio was extremely clean and cozy. Very secure and easy to access.
