I have experienced in stay on many hotels in different countries but this classic hotel is excellent. Almost everythings. For example, Yesterday, we needed to leave the hotel at early morning and we had not time to eat breakfast, They offer us a breakfast box for eating on the tour bus! Some days our rom cleaned twice a day!

the breakfast is exceptionally excellent, it's the best quantity and variety that is offered in any of the bookings i have on this 22 day euro trip ranging from italy to swiss, to belgium, to germany. it is more exceptional than the exceptional breakfast enfamous locations that we went to later. I love how the staff is there and the key and code set up was efficient.

Beautiful spacious rooms and terrace with helpful knowledgeable staff. Well located - just an easy walk from Uffizi, Accademia, Duomo, and the river. It was a great landing pad in Florence and I would happily stay there again.

A beautiful hotel and when you arrive you are told it is actually an active palace that you are staying in. We stayed in a river view room. The room was beautiful with amazingly high ceilings. We loved the breakfast room too!
