The property is perfectly situated on Piazza Italia just steps from Underground tunnels, museums, churches, shopping and great restaurants. The Piazza is overlooking spectacular city views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well sized with beautiful, marbled bathrooms. The rooms are very comfortable with luxurious linens, robes and slippers. Room services are excellent and the rooms are very clean. There is an underground pool that is wonderful to swim in. The breakfast buffet is abundant with a great selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If bringing a car, arrange parking in advance so that hotel can accomodate your vehicle.

This was one of the nicest places we stayed at in Italy. Just a short distance outside the old town of Perugia, this hidden gem is tucked away in a beautifully restored historic castle. The garden, the pool, and the entire setting were simply wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended - a perfect blend of charm, comfort, and tranquility!

The property was gorgeous and Antonella was amazing. Her breakfast spread and coffee were the perfect way to start each day. Everything was picture perfect from waking up to birdsong to ending each day with a glass of wine on the veranda. We would have loved to stay longer and have definitely vowed to return.
