The accommodation was really nice, large high ceiling chambers, the dinning place was probably the jewel of the place, people were very nice and breakfast excellent. We also had free parking place nearby location, just before entering the walls of the old town.

Remote castle lovingly restored. Friendly family style service with exceptional beauty and tranquility.

This totally exceeded our expectations! The building is beautiful, rooms are spacious and the decor is stunning. Ciara is the most exceptional host. Always available to answer questions and give advice on what to see and where to eat. The breakfast is fabulous.The rooftop terrace is the most beautiful place to enjoy the stunning view. This was by far our favourite accommodation of our month in Italy ❤️

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 3. The breakfast each morning was plenty and traditional Italian. Very good. The location to Todi was close and could see the gorgeous town from the pool. Parking our rental car was easy, lots of parking available. We had fun practicing our Italian the week we stayed. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

We needed a place to stay outside of Assisi and found this hidden gem at the last minute. The property is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with a large shower for Italy.

The location was good. We had 2 rooms next to each other like we asked. Staff was great. Very kind at the restaurant

It offered a lot of value for the price, from the large private bathroom with a view on Todi to the extra bed for my 12 year old son. It also came with a private parking spot.

We loved our stay so much that we extended it four more nights. Ugo and Agatha are so kind and available to answer questions. We had an apartment so we did not do the bed & breakfast but Agatha brought us some lovely cake one morning. yum. If you like peace and quiet - this place is for you. On the raining spring days we sat under the pergola and enjoyed a game of scrabble - listening to the birds and wind. You are walking distance to an amazing restaurant. The views from the property are beautiful and only a 15 minute from Todi.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The view of the city made our stay even more enjoyable.

This castle has been completely renovated but it still has the feel of being old. It is extremely well maintained, the restaurant is excellent and the staff super helpful. The nearby town of Todi is worth spending a few hours walking around.

While we were in the company of friends in Todi and did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, our interactions with the staff were wonderful. While the hotel was dealing with a wedding, they were always attentive to any request.

It's a very new property so it's clean and functional. Our apartment was up 1 flight of steps. The owners are very keen to make sure your stay is comfortable and are contactable by phone. It's in a good location about 10 mins drive from Todi. It is set in a beautiful location with a view to Todi. There is a small supermarket nearby. Plenty of parking.

Accommodating and friendly, very clean great place nice place to relax

A newly renovated farmhouse with parking and pool. Great expense was made to modernize the house but keep its charm. The house sits towards the bottom of a valley surrounded by farms.

The location was great for the wedding we were attending!

Loved the views. The sisters were very welcoming and helped us with restaurant, sight-seeing and other recommendations. Having homemade products at breakfast was nice. The farm and setting are beautiful. Enjoyed seeing the animals and exploring the farm during olive harvest.
