This was a great place to stay just a 5-10 minute down main thoroughfare from central Oban. Appeared to be brand new or very recently refurbished. Has small refrigerator and excellent bed. We stayed three nights and kept our car parked onsite. Even had juices, waters and snacks included in the price.

The innkeeper, Susie was so accommodating! She was able to let us check in early and give us an upgraded room! The room is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. The location is in a nice residential neighborhood of Edinburgh, but the bus into the city center is right outside of the house. Quick 10min bus to Royal Mile.

Our room and the shared kitchen were very clean. The check in instructions were clear and the house easy to locate. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy with an electric fireplace. We could hear the stream in the backyard running over the rocks.
