Kenneth set up Mango House originally to cater for Japanese tourists to Sri Lanka. Post-COVID he made the decision to open up to everyone and I'm so glad he did. The grounds are immaculate, and there is such an obvious sense of pride in what he does. The guest house is essentially it's own little compound with gardens and a pool, And is such a wonderfully peaceful break from the chaos.

Funwhales Rest House in Negombo provides accommodations with a garden and a shared lounge. There's a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

My two day travel to Sigiriya could not be better. Huge thanks to the owner of this house. He was extremely friendly and kind. He arranged a dinner the night I checked in in a good restaurant near the house and next day he took several of us to Pidurangala on his car at about 4-45 am then helped organize safari which was very cool (Minerya park). Also, he helped me with all the tuk-tuk rides during those two days. I really appreciate all the help. The property and rooms are very clean and have the stuff you may need. The location is very close to Lion Rock.

The place is 50m away from all the street noise, almost makes you feel in the middle of the jungle. the room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. Saman even helped us to arrange a Safari with another couple, so the price was lower than anywhere else. We saw several elephants and birds in the tour, too.

I loved everything about my stay at Hanthana Jungle View HH. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and there was a lovely outdoor sitting area to enjoy the serene surroundings. I also enjoyed morning walks up the road. I had spent a few days in the busy city of Kandy and was happy to come here to relax. I loved getting to know the family, who were so welcoming and helpful. I ate both breakfast and dinner there and the food was delicious and plentiful. There is also drinking water, tea and coffee in the shared kitchen so guests could help themselves.

Located in Udawalawe, NATURE HOUSE offers rustic accommodations with free WiFi access available at all areas. Rooms are comfortable, clean and fitted with a spacious private terrace.

This is an amazing hotel. The owner is very sweet, the hotel is family-run and family owned. Wonderful food and service, the pool was beautiful. Really great the organization of the safari, they even gave us a little breakfast for the early adventure. Couldn’t recommend this more!

I stayed at Edward’s Airport Guest for one night and had a great experience. The host is incredibly nice and kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There’s also a pool where you can chill and relax, which is a nice bonus. The location is very convenient—only about 20 minutes from the airport. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again.
