This single-level home, located near a scenic track by Ventnor Creek, offers a relaxing retreat ideal for families or groups. The main living area features comfortable sofas, a TV and DVD player, and reverse cycle heating and cooling. A sunny dining alcove complements the fully equipped kitchen, which includes electric cooking, a microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of serving ware—perfect for alfresco meals. In cooler months, enjoy the warmth of the wood heater, or open the sliding doors to the back deck during summer. The home has three spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to eight guests, along with a family bathroom, second shower and vanity, a separate toilet, and full laundry facilities including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A second fridge adds convenience.
