This classic timber holiday home set on three levels, is full of character and has it all, perfectly located with only a 5 minute drive to the Race Track or 5 minutes drive into Cowes! *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure. Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.*
